Top Electric Cars Driven By Young Affluent

It was and still is a really big challenge for people to divert from the gas-powered vehicles to the battery-based vehicles. This is realized in the low car sales if one is to carry out a survey to compare both car models in the car-buying and selling business in the world currently. This is accredited to the low marketing and advertising of the battery-based vehicles as opposed to the pioneer fuel-based cars that are already spread throughout the world.

It has been noted that younger and more affluent (new) drivers opt for the battery-driven vehicles since they were introduced on market. There are desperate reasons why a driver should choose electric cars though their main reason is the go-green campaign that is run by most governments. An electric car doesn’t produce fumes that are environment unfriendly making it the number one option for most governments that aim at protecting and conserving the environment. There is a considerable increase in the car purchase of the electric cars over time which is due to the car manufacturers like Ford, General Motors, Toyota and Honda that lowered the car prices in order improve on the car sale of electric cars and also motivate new buyers.

Ford, a car manufacturing company, in particular gives a comparison focusing on two different car buyers: one aged 36 years who has a household income of $77000 chooses a gasoline-powered vehicle while the other second buyer at the age of 43 years with a household income of $199000 opts for the electric car. That pattern of car acquisition is consistent across the whole industry. The gap between the two car models is closing as manufacturers drive down the cost of the green-technology to increase on the sale hence the rise in the Dubai car export of the electric cars.
