RTA’s Dubai Taxi Corporation is collaborating with the Arabian Automobile Service to launch a smart app for car breakdown support. The new smart initiative by traffic authorities acknowledges the need of Dubai motorists to seek immediate help in a car breakdown situation. The smart app will be useful to provide help to motorists who can send their coordinates through the app in the case of a breakdown. According to an announcement made by RTA on Saturday, January 14, the smart app for breakdown support will be launched in March this year.
