The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has launched a Mobile Customer Happiness Centre to boost the scope of quality and accessibility of its services. This new development is a continuation of recent initiatives taken by RTA for the well-being of residents and citizens of the cosmopolitan city, Dubai.
RTA’s Mobile Customer Happiness Centre on Wheels will add to the convenience of availing registration and licensing services. While the new initiative will serve everyone, it will be of great significance for people of determination, senior Emiratis and expatriates.
Services Offered by RTA through the Mobile Customer Happiness Centre
RTA has launched its first Smart Bus that is fully equipped to offer licensing and registration services. The Smart Bus will initially be available from January 1 to 10 at the Last Exit Khawaneej from 4:00PM to 11:00PM. RTA has also announced that the Smart Bus will be deployed at all 14 geographical districts of Dubai for 10 days every month.
Some of the most noteworthy services that will be offered through the Smart Bus by RTA are Vehicle Licensing, Driver Licensing and Issuance of Parking Cards. The availability of RTA’s services through the Mobile Customer Happiness Centre will ultimately save both time and effort required for visiting a nearby RTA service centre for customers.
