Details of the Number Plates Available with Discount Offer
RTA has released details of the 3-digit number plates that are available at a discounted price. Jamal Assada, the Director of RTA’s Vehicle Licensing Agency announced that many three-digit number plates including T 738, J 945 and P 682 are up for grabs at a discounted price. Customers can purchase these number plates at a reduced price of AED 179,999, which is inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). Value Added Tax was implemented in the UAE at the start of 2018 and is applicable to all business and commercial activities.

How to Buy Three-digit Special Number Plates?
RTA has provided guidelines to motorists for purchasing special number plates so that they can easily avoid any inconvenience. There are limited number plates available for purchase and the discount offer will only remain valid till stocks last.
Interested buyers can screen the number plates through the website of RTA (ww.rta.ae) to check the availability of particular number plates. The number plates can then be purchased through RTA’s website, Customer Happiness Centres of RTA or through the Centres of Service Providers. There is no bidding process involved and the number plates will be available on “first-come, first-served basis.”
