An estimate of at least 40 new and rebranded cars are hitting the Dubai car market in 2016 which include sedans, coupes and convertibles among others.
New 2016 car models include:
- Mercedes-Benz revamped its version of the quick and expensive AMG GT sports coupe though it loses some unique features it had before.
- Buick brings back the sexy in the form of the curvaceous new Cascada convertible
- Chevrolet ushers the Camaro coupe/convertible in the sixth generation which has a turbocharged four-cylinder engine.
- Mazda, gives the pert and peppy MX-5 Miata a long overdue extreme makeover to fit in this generation.
New luxury cars for 2016 include:
Cadillac CT6, a rear-drive sedan with a choice of turbo-four and V6 engines with a 464-horsepower compact ATS-V sedan in addition to a midsize CTS-V with rocket-like -640-horsepower. This car is expected to compete with the Mercedes-Benz S-Class Maybach in the different aspects of the vehicle to determine the car valuation.

- The new hybrid gas/electric-powered version of the Chevrolet Malibu sedan has a relatively higher performance level compared to other cars.
