When one engages oneself in a mission of automotive purchase they either opt for brand new wares or used cars. With the latter, one is sure to find some things not working properly in the vehicle since it has been around the block and all and therefore one steadies themselves to that fact. Alternatively as concerns the former, one expects the wares coming fresh off the production line to be as gleaming and as perfect as in the commercials and the promotional material in the magazines.

It is for this reason that buyers usually do a cursory car assessment and do not delve much into details with new cars. However to err is to be human and since these automobiles are manufactured by humans, there exist some faults in their construction.

This is true for many car makers and this is the case for South Korean auto manufacturer Hyundai. The company released their sports utility vehicle (SUV) the Santa Fe to commercial success in the car market but there have some reports coming out of India – a major market – that there is a glitch in the stop lamp switch.

This lamp is quite vital on a road with many car users and Hyundai has voluntarily taken a step forward and recall nearly 2,500 units of the SUV in the area so as to fix the problem at no cost to the owners of the automobiles.
