Hiding the 2015 Mustang Images from Paparazzi

Desperately, the manufacturers of the 2015 Mustang are trying to keep it away from anyone who is trying to sneak a peek? A lot of hard work has been done on the car to hide its real shape under piles of paint, vinyl and foam then wrapping it with a dark thick.

Now they’ve created the camouflage, they are hoping it will keep the car hidden from spy photographers who were hiding in bushes and stalking the car, hoping to sell their photos to car sites and magazines for top dollar.

What really motivated Ford to give this exceptional effort to conceal the car shape is the great attention the 2015 Mustang got, no vehicle in the history of Ford had got such attention to anticipate the design and the physical look of it.

Unfortunately, paying this exceptional effort for hiding the car’s identity ended up acting as a magnet for attention, too. According to Ford’s press release, it took less than an hour for spy shots to appear online after the car was taken on public roads for the very first time.

The manufacturers’ first attempt at coverings revealed too much of the car’s shape. So they added more padding and disguised the roofline. The resulting coverings made the car seem smaller than it actually was. The wraps weighed 49 pounds, which was light enough to allow Ford to test the car without affecting vehicle dynamics too much.
