Davidoff Racing Team with the leader “Fadi Hamada” – Syria hero for the speed racing – returned to the podium after he won the first round of the Emirates International Racing Autocross Championship. The first round was held on the Jebel Ali ring in Dubai last week. Hamada achieved his first win at the beginning of his participation in 2013 – 2014 sessions on his car “Evo 9 Prototype”.
After he presented watershed of fun and highly skilled in the first attempt, he affects the large audience passion that followed the race since the early morning to watch the most powerful Autocross racing drivers. Despite of the strong competition for some local teams participating in addition to the Gulf region and the Middle East heroes, Fadi Hamada has proved his skills and experience in the speed races heading into the second attempt before moving on to the third phase which qualified ten drivers to compete on the final for the title of the first round and already the last word was for the “Davidoff racing Team” leader when he smashed all the time recorded in the preliminary stages recording a best time of 1:12:28 minutes which more than 3 seconds difference from the nearest rivals, Hamada achieved the win of the tour and the first win of the season adding to his previous achievements.
It is worth mentioning that Fadi Hamada resident in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has achieved great achievements in the speed races in a lot of tournaments including winning the Syria Championship for speed races and climbing hills three seasons 2005, 2006 and 2008. He also achieved the Middle East Championship Hill Climb in 2004 within the group “N” in addition to the winning of the Saudi Arabia Racing Autocross Championship several times. The most important achievement for Hamada was winning of the pomegranate plateau race in 2011.
It is noteworthy that the second round of the tournament will be held in mid-January and will be suitable for the launch of the official program for the “Davidoff Racing Team” for the season of 2014 which will include appearances in each round of the Emirates Autocross addition to the Jordan high pomegranate race and some of the rounds of the FIA Middle East Rally Championship.
It’s interesting to follow up on this wonderful rally in United Arab Emirates and for sure, the rest of the race will be unexpected at all.
