Doing online business transaction is one of the most unsecure and risky business practices one can indulge in. There are many fraudsters all over the internet who can forge details about a business transaction in their favor. In the field of Dubai cars, usually buyers carry out online car purchase by wiring money to the carmakers in the different companies which in return deliver the car to the address of the buyer. In light of the above, The Roads and Transport Authority, RTA has launched its paper certificates service bearing an electronic link concerning the original car owner of the car for export to ensure that certificates presented at border posts about the car are true.

This is a countermeasure to prevent any fraudulent attempts on altering official documents relating to vehicles bearing the car information which car be forged whether intentionally or accidentally. This link provided to the border post contains information about the first car owner and also clarifies how the vehicle’s ownership had come to the applicant. In case of any inconsistences in the details of the car, the car owner is liable to legal issues.

In case owners of the cars are interested in traveling abroad by road, they are advised to issue certificates which indicate whether the vehicle is free from blocking its movements through borders. This eases their transaction across borders since the certificate contains all information required by the authority on border posts.

The RTA introduced cautionary procedures to ensure the safety and security of this type of transaction across border posts. This will help in avoiding the risk in stealing cars in the car export business across the border since the certificate must have details on how a customer got the car from the original car owner.
