Dubai Police Announced Installment Plan for Traffic Fines

Good news for Dubai motorists who have pending traffic fines. Dubai Police announced a new and resourceful option for Dubai motorists to pay their fines. According to Acting Director of Finance at the Dubai Police, Brigadier Humaid Salem Al Suwaidi announced that now motorists can pay their traffic fines via their debit cards in installments.

Creative Installment Plan Will Help Motorists

According to Brigadier Humaid Salem Al Suwaidi, the Dubai motorists can:

  • Pay traffic fines via their Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank credit cards.
  • Pay their traffic fines with 0% interest.
  • Pay traffic fines in 3, 6 and 12 months installments.
  • The minimum payment is 500 AED.
  • The installments will be determined by the consumers.

Dubai Police and ADCB Join Hands to Facilitate Dubai Motorists

Brig Al Suwaidi said that the aim of this new step is to open “new channels for Dubai Police customers to make them happy“. Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and the Dubai Police signed the agreement on this initiative on Monday.

Brigadier Humaid Salem Al Suwaidi said about this initiative, “This is in line with the happiness initiative launched by His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

With this new idea, the Dubai motorists will be able to pay for their traffic fines with ease and quickly. Easy installments will ensure that the motorists will be able to pay with convenience. Motorists can pay installment via online banking, service centers and through the Dubai Police website.

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank representative, Omran Taymoor, said that the partnership between the ADCB and Dubai Police reflects bank’s obligation to meet the demands of their consumers. They aim to bring a fast facilitate their consumers and Dubai Police in the payment of traffic fines. This fast and easy way will ensure that the consumers can easily pay for their fines in a timely and secure manner that will bring relief to the consumers.
