Various car manufacturers recall their models for a fix of a technical fault or they just cut their losses and halt production of the entire line due to the hit that the model takes in the press. This is evidenced by the numerous recalls that the company has initiated so as to fix the problems and fix its image that has taken quite a battering in the media.
