The Lineup of Number Plates to be offered at the 101st Open Auction
RTA will be offering two, three, four and five digits distinguished number plates at its upcoming 101st Open Auction. As many as 90 number plates will be up for grabs, which will bear I-J-K-L-M-N-P-Q-R-S-T-Y-W and Z codes. RTA has provided the guidelines for registration procedure and has also announced that the selling of the special number plates will be subject to 5% Value Added Tax (VAT). The Value Added Tax was first implemented in the UAE on January 1, 2018 and since then it has been applicable to all commercial and business activities.

- RTA has also established a dedicated team at RTA Call Center (8009090) to address the public inquiries about the auction.
