Completely new from ground up, the 2019 Lexus ES has been built on an all-new platform for a longer and wider stance that adds to the athletic appeal of the vehicle. The all-new Lexus ES has inherited the coupe-like silhouette from the flagship Lexus LS for a sporty appeal that makes it stand out in the luxury midsize sedan segment.
In true Lexus fashion, the front fascia features the massive signature Lexus spindle grille with chrome accents that make it look sporty and stylish. Instead of air intakes, there are stylish chrome accents that boost the stylish yet elegant look of the sedan.
Flanking the grille on both sides are the new 3-Eye Bi-Beam LED headlamps that illuminate the road and surroundings for the driver while the LED Daytime Running Lamps ensure that the vehicle is perfectly visible to other commuters on the road. LED fog lamps have been placed at the front and rear of the vehicle so that the driver can have a clear view of the road while driving in low visibility conditions.
The sharply sculpted hood further accentuates the aggressive appeal of the vehicle while adding to its aerodynamics. To further highlight its longer and wider stance, designers at Lexus have added 18-inch aluminum wheels to the sedan.
The rear of the 2019 Lexus ES has been fitted with LED taillights and a spoiler that adds to the overall sporty appeal of the vehicle. Stylish chrome accents can be seen around the windows, side view mirrors, tailgate and the lower rear bumper of the vehicle. A hands-free power trunk is available as an optional feature on all trim levels.

Interior
The interior of the 2019 Lexus ES is now more spacious and offers increased headroom and legroom to all 5 occupants. The cabin is all-luxury and has been fitted with a panoramic moonroof and latest comfort and convenience features to ensure that every ride in this luxury sedan is a memorable one.

Performance of the 2019 Lexus ES
The 2019 Lexus ES is being called the “most advanced ES ever” by the brand, thanks to its powerful engine options and a brand new hybrid powertrain. The vehicle has been fitted with the world’s first swing-valve shock absorber that helps in delivering a more refined and smoother ride on rough terrains. The 2019 Lexus ES is a front-wheel drive sedan that is available with three engine options, one of which is a fuel-efficient hybrid engine.
The first engine option available is a 2.5-litre Inline 4-Cylinder engine that has been paired with an 8-speed direct-shift automatic transmission. This engine is capable of producing 184 horsepower and 245Nm of torque, which enables the 2019 Lexus ES to go from 0 to 100 Km/h in 9.8 seconds and have a top speed of 207 Km/h. With this engine, the all-new ES has a fuel efficiency of 17.2 Km/L.
The second engine option available is a 3.5-litre V6 engine that comes paired with the same 8-speed direct-shift automatic transmission. This powerful engine is capable of producing 302 horsepower and 362Nm of torque, which enables the 2019 ES to go from 0 to 100 Km/h in just 6.8 seconds and have a top speed of 230 Km/h. The 2019 Lexus ES has a fuel efficiency of 12.8 Km/L with this V6 engine.
The third engine option is exclusively available with the 2019 Lexus ES 300h trim (hybrid) only. This is a 2.5-litre Inline 4-Cylinder hybrid engine that has been paired with a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT). This engine is capable of producing 215 horsepower and 279Nm of torque, which enables the 2019 Lexus ES to go from 0 to 100 Km/h in 8.1 seconds and have a top speed of 230 Km/h. Thanks to the hybrid powertrain, the 2019 Lexus 300h has an impressive fuel efficiency of 21.7 Km/L.
The Drive Mode Select offers three drive modes that are Sport S/S+, Normal and Eco. An additional EV Mode is available with the Hybrid trim, which will enable the vehicle to travel short distances when engaged.
