The hood of the 2018 Volvo XC40 has been sculpted with sharp lines that give the vehicle a sporty and aggressive appeal. The sides of the all-new XC40 look rugged with sporty side skirts and a deep beltline that makes the vehicle look impressive, even when it is standing still. The 2018 XC40 is built on the Compact Modular Architecture (CMA), a flexible platform developed by Volvo to be used in the construction of relatively smaller vehicles in their lineup. An all-wheel drive sub-compact SUV, the 2018 Volvo XC40 is a powerful vehicle that delivers the performance it promises.
At the heart of this SUV is a 2.0-litre inline 4-Cylinder turbocharged engine that is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and is capable of producing 248 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque.
