The second engine option is a powerful 4.0-litre twin turbo-charged V8 engine that is capable of producing 542 horsepower and 770Nm of torque. With this engine, the 2018 Bentley Bentayga can go from 0 to 60mph in just 4.4 seconds, 0 to 100 Km/h in just 4.5 seconds and has a top speed of 290 Km/h. Bentley has yet to announce the fuel efficiency of the 2018 Bentley Bentayga with the V8 engine.
The W12 engine variant comes with the first-ever combination of port-injection and direct-injection technologies to improve the performance of the vehicle and make it as efficient as possible. The carbon ceramic brakes are the most powerful brakes ever fitted to a Bentley, in fact, they are also the world’s largest front brake system with the front brakes being 440mm in diameter.
