The LED fog lamps sit above the corner vents that have been redesigned to complement the overall design. The vehicle now features Halogen LED headlights with low and high beam settings that offer better visibility to the driver and make the vehicle look sharper.
The rear of the vehicle is a lot rounder than before while at the same time, the vehicle carries the hatch look that is expected of the X3. The rear hatch and the glass window are wider in the new model and blend in seamlessly with the rest of the design.
The LED taillights have a new design while the twin tailpipes are now a standard feature to enhance the sporty appeal of the vehicle. The stance of the 2018 BMW X3 is wide and athletic, thanks to the option between 19-inch light alloy wheels, 20-inch light alloy wheels and 21-inch light alloy wheels.

Interior
The interior of the 2018 BMW X3 is built around the comfort of the driver and passengers to ensure a stress-free driving experience. From front to back, the cabin of X3 is luxurious, comfortable and absolutely breathtaking.

The iDrive 6.0 brings features such as natural language understanding, navigation and a lot more through its 8.8-inch instrument screen. The center console has a 10.2-inch touchscreen that provides a source of infotainment to the driver and passengers.

Thanks to these features, the fuel efficiency and the ride quality of the vehicle has been enhanced. The engine can now generate 248 horsepower and a torque of 258 lb-ft. This engine is paired with an 8-speed Sport Automatic Transmission with sports and manual shift modes. Thanks to this transmission and other advanced powertrain technologies, the vehicle can accelerate from 0 to 60mph in just 6 seconds.
For the M Performance M40i model, the X3 comes with a 3.0-litre M Performance TwinPower Turbo inline 6-cylinder engine that features systems such as Valvetronic, Variable Valve Control and High-Precision Direct Fuel Injection. This 3.0-litre engine can generate 355 horsepower and a torque of 369 lb-ft. This engine is also paired with an 8-speed Sport Automatic Transmission with sport and manual shift modes that help the vehicle accelerate from 0 to 60mph in just 4.6 seconds.
