Good news for the UAE motorists! Ministry of Energy of the UAE has announced new prices for fuel for the month of December 2016. The new decreased fuel prices for December bring some relief for the motorists. Motorists have been highly concerned due to the constant and steady rise of the fuel prices since September. The drivers were finding it hard to manage their fuel expenses because of the unsteady rise and fall of fuel prices.

The New Fuel Prices for December 2016
Motorists who use “Special” RON and “Super” RON 98 petrol will finally find some relief in the fuel prices. Since there is a stable decrease in the new fuel prices for the next month, people can expect to find some respite and celebrate the New Year with a better outlook on the fuel prices in the UAE.
According to the announcement by the Ministry of Energy of UAE, the new Fuel Prices are:
- The per liter cost of “Special” RON has decreased to AED 1.69, for the month of November, the price of “Special” RON was AED 1.79 per liter.
- The per liter cost of “Super” RON 98 petrol has decreased to AED 1.80, for the month of November, the price of “Super” RON 98 petrol was AED 1.90 per liter.
- The per liter cost of “E Plus” RON 91 petrol has decreased to AED 1.62, for the month of November, the price of “E Plus” RON 91 petrol was AED 1.72 per liter.
- Per liter cost of Diesel has decreased to AED 1.81, for the month of November, the price of Diesel was AED 1.91.

Decreased Fuel Prices Bring Some Relief
All fuel prices saw a 10% decrease, which brings some much needed break for the UAE motorists. With the changing weather and the upcoming New Year holiday, people can celebrate more freely. Since the prices were steadily rising for the past couple of months, the new prices are taken as a great news.
