It’s advised to get a good night’s sleep of between seven to nine hours before you start driving for long journeys. For cases of driving long journey, it’s recommended to move with a friend in the car. It’s of an advantage to move with a friend that can also drive in case you are showing signs of fatigue. It’s a safety precaution that can help avoid accidents. Make regular stops in while on the journey to drink, eat, stretch and even ease yourself to get freshen yourself for the next part of the journey.

2. Don’t pressure yourself for reasons like time keeping and traffic jam that can make you cause accidents. Plan your journey accordingly and make it adjustable to suit you and be cautious on what you eat or drink because they can bring you discomfort making you feel sleepy while driving. Even medication is also forbidden.

3. Some luxurious Dubai cars in the car market are so comfortable to give room for taking a nap in case you are too tired. On a serious note, don’t force yourself to stay awake because it will catch up with you anytime on the journey. In hours were you are used to be sleeping, please don’t force yourself to drive because your body will fail you and cause accidents.

4. It’s totally normal to be fatigued and when you start showing signs like over yawning, changing lanes while driving and closing eyes while driving among others, please just park the car in a safe place and rest.
