This hatch back from the South Korean automobile manufacturer is back for another stint in the car market. It has come with a horde of upgrades to performance as well as enhancements to its looks with some of the latter being inspired by the 2015 Sonata.
Feature upgrades and enhancements for Hyundai Accent 2016:
The front fascia has been touched up to give a more aggressive look to the small car whereas the rear has received only a few subtle changes to enhance the overall look. The front has LED headlamps and this coupled with the smooth lines on the sides brings out this menacing look. The interior has been done up with a high grade plastic with a few chrome inserts to bring out the beauty and gritty edge to the cabin.
Beneath the hood one finds a 1.6 liter four cylinder engine giving a modest 138 horsepower alongside a torque of 123 pound-feet. This is hooked up to either a 6 speed manual or automatic transmission. Unlike the previous editions of the Accent, the 2016 model has front wheel drive and provides better fuel efficiency in the form of 28 mpg on the highway and 37 mpg in the city.

The car price estimate for the basic model of the 2016 Hyundai Accent falls between AED44000 and AED49,000. The price for the other variants has not yet been put out but it might soon since the car goes to market at the end of this year.
