With the help of E-Commerce, a person can buy a product from China or any other country without necessarily traveling to that country using his/her credit card. This kind of idea has been borrowed by the Dubai Police Smart Services who are currently working on developing a system that will enable people to pay their traffic fines using debit or credit cards at any Dubai Police patrol car. This kind of service has never been used in car history since most of the countries have the policy of paying all the fines straight in the bank.
This service is aimed at making it easier for people to pay their fines in a convenient way where a police car will be fitted with a credit card machine to accept the payments. These payments will be paid with low charges compared to the bank charges. Furthermore, this service was launched as a smart application that allows the public to pay their traffic fines in installments without any interest. Luxury Dubai cars that can connect the phones with the infotainment system to display the phone contents will make it easier during payment which will add on the car rating on the car auction.
People can pay their traffic fines through the Dubai police application, the Roads and Transport Application, some bank application and kiosks in addition to paying directly at any police station or RTA offices. These are some of the new inventions in line with Dubai Police’s goals to make their services accessible to the public.
