The Al Hilal car festival is held in Abu Dhabi annually for three days features a collection of recent models of luxury cars on the car market. These cars that usually seek attention of people belong to companies like BMW, Bentley, and Mercedes-Benz among others. Surprisingly, the Batmobile attracted a bigger number of onlookers than any other car in the festival. It was brought to the festival by local company PPPerfomance.
The car has a very unique design never to be seen in the car history. It’s a 3,000kg steel vehicle with a powerful engine to give enormous power to acquire speed in the shortest time. It’s illegal to be driven on nation roads because Batmobile is not yet licensed to be driven by the roads authorities in Abu Dhabi.
This company also unveiled the 2006 Dodge Viper, recently used in the filming of Furious 7, a modified 2008 Mercedes C63 capable of accelerating from O to 100kph in a time frame of just 2.2seconds. The main goal of the company is to provide unique cars motion pictures in the field of cars.
The festival includes car dealership deals to showcase luxury new cars on the Abu Dhabi car sale market, motorsport drifting competition and performances by skateboarders among others.
The event organizer and head of corporate communications for Al Hilal Bank, Mariam Ahli, explains that the festival was based on families though it attracted a big number of people in just three days. The festival promotes Abu Dhabi in matters of car buying and selling business. This year additional events on the weekend included drag racing and custom show Emirates.
