Remote start: For those with advanced car models that come with a remote start key; you better use it a few minutes before u get in. Do not forget to leave your air conditioning on for this trick to be effective. By the time you are ready to drive, the car will be cool and comfortable to drive.

Never leave children or pets in the car: It does not matter if you are going for a minute or more; you must NEVER leave a child or a pet inside your car. Several cases of heat stroke deaths have been reported due to this careless oversight. Anything can go wrong and you don’t get back to your car as fast as planned.

Close your windows: Closing your car windows or leaving them open does not make a difference in the Middle East summer. There is no breeze; the only thing you will achieve by leaving your windows open is more dust on your car interiors.

Window tints or not? The answer to this question varies with individuals. It is however known that dark tints retain heat in the car. If you will go for tints, consult your tint fitting company to ensure that you go for heat rejection and UV protection quality.
