The auto maker believes the car can do 442km/h; we will know when it gets tested which could potentially put it at No.1 of the super car league. The cost is hedged at $950,000.

3. Koenigsegg Agera R

Sharing the 2nd position with the Hennesey Venom GT is the Koenigsegg Agera R which also does 418 km/h or 260mph but accelerates to 100km/h in 2.9 seconds. The 5l V8 twin turbocharged engine produces 1099 horsepower is currently evaluated at $1.6Million.

4. SSC Ultimate Aero

This one does a top speed of 413km/h or 257mph and accelerates to 100km/h in 2.7seconds. Its twin turbocharged v8 engine produces 1183 horsepower and is retailing at $654,000.

5. 9FF GT9-R

This one ties with the SSC Ultimate Aero in the 4th position doing a top speed of 413km/h – 257mph. Accelerating from 0-100km/h in 2.9 seconds, the super car features a 4l, twin turbo engine which produces 1120 horsepower and costs $695,000. Now you know where to look if you are going for a super car and the car prices for the same. Super cars only mean one word – speed.
