About Mitsubishi Lancer 2015 – A Real Sporty Ride

The Mitsubishi Lancer 2015 is a competitive choice if you are in the automotive purchase process. While it is not featuring some comforts offered by its competition (Hyundai Elantra, Mazda 3, Ford Focus) such as ventilated seats and blind spot sensors; the car has one of the most varied model ranges in the market. From the basic SE to the Turbo charged, All Wheel Drive (AWD) high end models, this is definitely a game changer in the compact sedan vehicle sale records. The manufacturer is not offering the Lancer Sport-Back anymore but the new sedan stands out with its enhanced sporty design and new features including heated side mirrors.

Down to the basics of the Lancer 2015

Two of the most notable features in the Mitsubishi Lancer 2015 is the impressive 9 speaker audio system, which is no doubt, one of the best in the market and the 6 speed auto-shifting transmission. The basic 2L ES model has 148 horsepower while the 2.4L SE and GT models spikes up to 168. In addition to the standard keyless entry and auto-off headlights, the SE includes an automatic transmission, the engine is much stronger, all-wheel drive, touch screen audio system and heated from seats. Higher sophistication can be experienced with the 2.0L turbo-charged Ralliart with 237 horsepower and the 2.4 turbocharged Evolution with 291 horsepower in addition to a twin twin-clutch automatic transmission. Both come with 18 inch alloy wheels and are built for performance making them less fuel efficient.

What a 2015 model Lancer will cost you

With prices starting from AED 49,000 for the basic model without any of the optional equipment and comforts, this car can go up to AED 210,000 for the high end turbo charged Evolution with full options. Lancer car owners are especially impressed by the power and the sporty, rally-like exterior complete with spoilers, vented fenders and double exhaust outlets. Car buying and selling is an extremely emotive experience.
