2013 Chrysler 300C John Varvatos Limited Edition

Ever wonder who John Varvatos is? Me too! After watching the Chrysler 300 limited-edition sedan model on video ads with this unassuming man’s name on it, you’ll wonder the same thing. In fact, you’d be astounded if you went into one of Dubai’s Car Auction and find it there – you’ll think “I didn’t come here for clothing, I came here to buy cars.” John Varvatos is a well-known designer for menswear who has been involved in famous fashion companies like Calvin Klein and Ralph Lauren’s Polo and if you consider yourself a fashionista even in the slightest, then you must have heard his name from somewhere. The “Imported from Detroit” tagline is catchy as it accentuates the fact that Chrysler and John Varvatos are both Detroit-based, which makes the merging of his name brand and that of Chrysler’s more beneficial. I’m sure they’ll rarely display the 300C at a Car Auction but its classiness makes it belong there.

I try to judge these co-branded vehicles based on some very simple questions whenever they cross my path. “Does it make enough sense for the target audience with Chrysler’s co-branding technique?” is usually what pops first in my head. It is then followed by this question, “will your experience of the standard vehicle improve or diminish with the limited edition 300C?” Whether it’s for ambitious marketing strategy, trendsetting or just creating a car from whole new perspective; Chrysler did a wonderful job with the John Varvatos 300C model. Perhaps you’ll appreciate the vehicle much better at closer inspection at a car show or a Car Auction.

Taking into account, the second question can easily be answered by a “yes” with no further mathematical calculations required as the Varvatos upgrades include nothing more than his name. A far better choice than cars sold in some Car Auction indeed! The 300C John Varvatos Edition, unfortunately, is priced more than any other sedans in the 300 series of Chrysler’s make, except maybe for the 300 SRT8, which clearly shows that Varvatos was not the only one who has an expensive taste in wine and clothing but a mega company like Chrysler as well (except that Chrysler’s taste is in cars). JV does have an excellent reputation in designing this particular car which once again separates Chrysler from the rest. He might just outdo himself as sales have soared through auto shows and car auction that featured his design.

The Things You Will Love Most About The Chrysler 300C John Varvatos Limited Edition are:

• The John Varvatos models of the 300C come in two different models.
• The 20-inch Titanium painted wheels and the Phantom Black – sparkly – Tri-Coat Pearl paint of its exterior became the focus of the visual changes to the car.
• The 300C also has the designer’s logo on the back part of the vehicle.
• The car is littered with JV’s name all over it which makes it look and feel classy to a certain level. Not to mention that it really looks impressive on display on a Car Auction that I’ve been at.
• Chrysler’s 3.6-liter V6 engine with a decent 292 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque makes the car exterior elegant, the interior cozy and the performance amazing!
• While this 300C is not a sports sedan it does have its moments compared to other cars in its class.
• Its looks does reflect its pricing as they range from $14,000 to $50,000. But if you’ve enjoyed JV’s clothing designs you will sure enjoy his 300C model as well and people flock the auto shows and Car Auction just to see it on display. In fact, 3 out 5 customers prefer the 300C over other sedans on a regular basis.
